T shirt quilt for dummies.
For my quilt i cut six long pieces one for the top of the quilt one to go in between each row of shirts and one for the bottom.
48 x 64 3 across x 4 down.
This ran the length of the entire quilt add up the length of each square plus add one inch in between each shirt.
64 x 82 4 across x 5 down 30 shirts will make a full size quilt approx.
I actually used two different sized squares the shirts in the 2nd and 5th row are shorter than the other rows but they are the same horizontal width.
Cut out your shirts in the correct sized quilt square you want.

Supplies and tools needed 0 10.
T shirts in all shapes and sizes lightweight nonwoven fusible interfacing scissors rotary cutter ruler and mat fabric for sashing and borders as desired your favorite quilt batting.
Use a piece of cardboard as your guide and trace the cardboard onto every shirt and cut them out.
For my quilt i would have five rows with four shirts in each row.
12 shirts will make a throw size quilt approx.
